Terms and Conditions Using the vw2 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vw2 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who registers, accesses, or uses the services offered through the vw2.fun website and the vw2 mobile app ("Services").

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the vw2 platform, you automatically indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms, including all policies, guidelines, and rules referenced in this document.

These Terms take effect from the last updated date shown at the top of this document and will continue to apply for as long as your account remains active or for as long as you use any part of the vw2 platform.

To register and use the vw2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age at least 18 years old or the legal age for gambling under your local laws, whichever is higher.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not located in a region or country that restricts or prohibits online gambling activities.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or problem gambler protection program of any regulatory body.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Vw2 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. If you fail to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe, vw2 reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any balance associated with unverified activity.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the vw2 platform. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, phone number, email, or financial information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of any remaining balance.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account username and password secure and do not share them with anyone.
• All activity that occurs in your account, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge.
• Notify vw2 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keeping your personal information accurate and up to date.

Vw2 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Vw2 supports a variety of payment methods including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and digital payment methods available in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and no more than 1 business day for bank transfers. vw2 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits as a standard security measure.

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before it can be withdrawn, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy.
• Vw2 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. External charges from banks or payment providers are beyond vw2's control.
• If any suspicious or conflicting activity is detected, vw2 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until the investigation is complete.

Vw2 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus offer is subject to rollover requirements and specific conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The following terms apply to all bonus offers in general:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, account, phone number, IP address, and device, unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the validity period set for each promotion. Expired bonuses will not be reactivated.
• Vw2 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being claimed fraudulently or through system abuse.

• Bonus value cannot be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash before the rollover requirement is met.

Players are required to comply with the following rules when using the vw2 platform:

• Not colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games.
• Not exploiting any technical bugs or errors in the system. Any winnings obtained through such means will not be recognized and may be reversed.

You may close your vw2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all active balances have been withdrawn, as vw2 is not responsible for any funds left in a closed account without a prior withdrawal request.

Vw2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account with or without prior notice if:

• Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Player is unable to verify their identity or age through the KYC process.
• There is suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering.
• Player found to be in a restricted region or using a VPN to bypass regional restrictions.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, vw2 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the non-compliant activity while an investigation is conducted.

Vw2 provides its platform and gaming services "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Vw2 will not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes, including results generated by a certified RNG system.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or regulatory directives.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the vw2 platform.
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including independent payment providers or game providers.

In all circumstances, vw2's maximum liability to any player is limited to the total amount actually deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Vw2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.

For amendments involving material changes to player rights or obligations, vw2 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the effective date, where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the vw2 platform after any amended Terms come into effect constitutes the player's acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
